Bespoke Bridging Finance is a specialist lender based in London. Drawing on 40+ years of experience in global debt and equity capital raising, we design bespoke solutions to meet the complex funding requirements of entrepreneurs, investors and developers.

We are principals in all types of lending. With significant funds readily available, we specialise in the bridging capital our clients need right now, providing a quick and efficient path to raise finance for any project or asset class.

Our strength is in finding structures where other lenders are unable. We can restructure loans that have previously been declined, funding them with exits designed to suit the borrower's requirements.

Lee Selbo

FOUNDER

Lee is the founder of numerous businesses including Bespoke Bridging Finance Ltd and has vast experience in the financial, bridging and loan markets over many years. He understands financial restructuring and complex funding issues, as well as having a wealth of experience across many business sectors including property, leisure and insurance. Lee has been involved in deals totalling over £1 billion and has advised and provided equity on high profile projects including the development of 8 houses in Regent's Park, London, and has grown the company internationally.

Sam Youngs FCCA

CEO

Sam and his team are responsible for managing the loan process through from initial engagement to funding and beyond as exit strategies are rolled out. He manages investor relations and oversees the underwriting team as well as sitting alongside Lee on the Credit Committee. Sam graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Accounting and Finance. He started his career at EY and then Nuveen Real Estate before joining Bespoke as an investment analyst working his way up to his now role of CEO.
